Our Team

A small crew, one long growing season.

Yoe Ranch is family-run. The same people who plant the roselle pack your box and load the van — here is who does what.

There is no head office at Yoe Ranch. We are a family farm in Sealy, Texas, about fifty miles west of Houston, and the work is split between a handful of people who each wear a few hats depending on the week and the weather.

What we grow — fresh-cut Roselle (Chin Paung), sweet leaves, and seasonal vegetables — goes out to families across Texas and ships across the country. Small enough that we know the regulars by name, serious enough that your order is picked, packed, and out the door the day it is cut.

Founders

Yoe Ranch started as a family project — a few rows of roselle grown for our own kitchen, shared with neighbors who missed the taste of home. The founders still set the planting plan every season and answer the phone most days.

Field & growing

Beds, irrigation, transplanting, and weeding. Our growing crew is out before the heat sets in, keeping the roselle and sweet leaves on schedule and free of anything we would not want on our own table.

Harvest & packing

Fresh-cut roselle is picked in the morning, trimmed, weighed, and packed the same day. This is the crew that decides a bunch is not good enough to leave the farm — and most of our repeat customers are their doing.

Orders & delivery

Order questions, Houston-area delivery runs, farm pickups, and shipping labels. If you emailed us, called us, or met us at the gate with a box, you met this part of the team.

How we work

Cut the day it ships

Fresh product is harvested the morning it leaves the farm, packed with ice, and sent out Monday through Wednesday so nothing sits in a sorting facility over a weekend.

Grown responsibly

We farm the way we would for our own family — sustainable practices, and nothing on a crop we would not put on our own table.

We answer our own phone

Call 832-723-2299 and you get someone who was in the field this week, not a call center reading from a script.

Come see the farm

We welcome visitors at 2407 Mound Road in Sealy. Walk the rows, see how the roselle is grown, and pick up an order straight from the source.
