Waterleaf (Talinum fruticosum) – Texas Grown

Waterleaf (Talinum fruticosum, also known as Talinum triangulare) is a tender, succulent leafy vegetable widely used in Nigerian and West African cooking. Known for its mild flavor, soft texture, and naturally juicy leaves and stems, Waterleaf cooks down quickly and adds moisture and a silky texture to traditional soups and stews. How to Prepare:
Rinse thoroughly under clean water and remove any damaged or tough portions. Chop the tender leaves and stems to your preferred size. Waterleaf naturally contains a lot of moisture and wilts quickly, so you generally do not need to add much additional water when cooking it. Sundry Agro

Storage:
Keep refrigerated after delivery. Waterleaf is a delicate, highly perishable green, so use it as soon as possible for the best freshness and texture. Taste Lab
